If you're bringing us something
Four things, and we can give you a straight answer quickly:
- What the asset is, and where.
- Who owns it, and who operates it.
- What contracts the revenue depends on, and with whom.
- What the seller or sponsor needs, and by when.
Please don't put confidential or price-sensitive material in a first email. Anything sent to us unsolicited isn't treated as confidential unless we've agreed in writing that it is.
