The fund is closed. Interests are offered privately under Rule 506(b) of Regulation D, and never through this website.
What we look at first
The asset, and who runs it day to day. Then the contracts that turn it into revenue, and who sits on the other side of them. If those aren't clear, the rest doesn't matter much.
How we think about price
Most of the money is made or lost on the way in. We'd rather pay up for a dull asset with a real offtake than get a bargain on a good story.
How often we pass
Often. We don't have to put money out on a schedule, so we don't.
Where to start
Four things, and we can give you a straight answer quickly: What the asset is, and where. Who owns it, and who operates it. What contracts the revenue depends on, and with whom. What the seller or sponsor needs, and by when.
